Regulatory status

Stratton Vance Partners is a fictional advisory firm created for this portfolio demonstration. The site, the transaction record, the partner biographies and the performance figures are illustrative. No entity named here is registered with any financial regulator, and no services are offered for sale.

No offer, solicitation or advice

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to buy or sell any security or financial instrument, a solicitation of an offer, or a recommendation to enter into any transaction. The insights published here are general commentary and do not take account of any person’s objectives, financial situation or needs.

A client relationship is created only by a signed engagement letter. Submitting the intake form, requesting an introduction or corresponding with the firm does not create a client relationship, a fiduciary duty or an obligation to proceed.

Confidentiality of enquiries

Enquiries submitted through this site are stored privately and are visible only to signed-in editors and administrators of the demonstration site. Please do not transmit sensitive personal data, board papers, cap tables or identity documents through the form. We will not request such material until a mutual non-disclosure agreement and engagement terms are in place.

Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the information you provide through the confidential intake form. It is written for a demonstration environment and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before being used in production.

What we collect

• Your name, professional email, organisation and role.
• The jurisdiction, mandate type, enterprise-value range and timeline you select.
• The brief outline you write, and any partner introduction you request.
• A hashed technical identifier used to rate-limit abuse. The raw network address is not retained.

Why we collect it

To read and respond to your enquiry, to check for conflicts before any discussion, and to keep a record of the enquiry in case you contact the firm again. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, and your consent where you explicitly acknowledge this notice.

Who sees it

The enquiry is stored in the site database and is visible to site editors and administrators. A notification email may be sent to the site administrator. It is not sold, rented, added to a marketing list or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Demonstration enquiries are retained for up to twelve months and then removed. In a production engagement, records would be retained in line with the firm’s regulatory record-keeping obligations and its engagement letter.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted, and you may object to its processing. To exercise a right, email privacy@strattonvance.com. We will respond within one month.

International transfers

The demonstration site is hosted in a single data centre. A production deployment serving clients in multiple jurisdictions would require appropriate transfer safeguards and a documented data map.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not use advertising cookies, trackers or third-party analytics. WordPress sets essential cookies when an editor signs in to the administration area, and may set a cookie to remember comment preferences. The office clocks and interface interactions run locally in your browser and transmit no data.

If analytics are added in production, this notice must be updated and consent obtained where required.

Accessibility

The site is built with semantic HTML, keyboard-operable dialogs, visible focus states, text alternatives for imagery and respect for the operating system’s reduced-motion preference. If you encounter a barrier, please write to access@strattonvance.com.
